This past summer, I realized that as a robotics student, I'd probably never get to work on a real robotics project unless I started one myself. So I did. After seeing a YouTube video of someone building a similar project controlled with a glove, I felt that approach was too simple. Instead, I decided to implement a computer vision pipeline using MediaPipe to control the system.
